Monday Musing

Hello and happy Monday, so much to do and so little time!  Today and I am backing sharing my last Christmas in July Card for the month.  It was super easy and quick to make since I used the 1-2-3 method shared by Noreen from Organized and Creative Mom.  I used some Recollections scrap paper, a snowman die cut  that came with a stamp set that I won from Cardz TV,  some K&Co gems and  a stamped sentiment.  Use your Stuff  has a free week so I'm sharing this card!  I like how this super simple card turned out, thank you for stopping by and I hope you'll return soon!

Sunday of Hope

Hello and happy Sunday, woke up with a really bad sinus headache but I must press on.  There is much to do as usual.  I am happy that the sun is shining today as it was raining yesterday but we braved it and did what we had to do.   I am happy to finally be able to share a completed LO, just need to add the journaling.  I have shared other LOs of Sunday's of Hope which is a project supported nationally by my husband's fraternity but this one is different, so many emotions.  All items used have been in my stash for quite sometime,   Thank you for your visit and I hope you too will support the call to make a donation to St Jude Children's Research Hospital.  Wishing you and yours a wonderful week.

It's Your Day

Hello and happy Friday, it has been another hectic week which means I have had almost no time to play.   Today I am sharing another card that I put together for a FB online crop over at Sketch N Scrap.   I sure hope I get to do the LOs before the posting deadline next week.  For this card, I used paper from the Pebbles Garden Party 6x6 paper pad, flowers, gems and stamped sentiment.  I'm sharing this card for the Cardz TV Mailbox Smiles Anything Goes Challenge #7.  Another signature simple card done and ready to go postal.  I will be going back on my no craft spending in August, I have really been off track so I've got to get back to using my stash!  Thank you for your visit and I hope you have a wonderful weekend.

I used papers from the Shimelle True Stories 6x6 paper pad, a Spellbinders die  a diecut from the Cricut Sampler cartridge, wood veneer hearts and a stamp from Art - C.  I am sharing this card for the  Card Crafters Anything Goes Challenge #6 over at Cardz TV.  Thanks for your visit and I hope you will visit again soon.

Thursday Musings

Hello Thursday, another really hot day in our area so minimal outside time is in order.  I was late coming into work again today so I will stay a little later today.  I made dinner and decided I needed a little therapy so I put the card together that I'm sharing today.  I made this card for an online crop that I signed up for on FB; I might not be able to complete all of the challenges.  I used more paper from the Doodlebug Collections Santa Express pad,  a diecut from the CTMH Art Philosophy cartridge and more Recollections enamel dots.  I'm sharing this card for the Christmas in July challenges over at Cardz TV and Hiding in my Craft Room.  Take care and have a terrific Thursday!

Happy You Day

Hello and happy Wednesday, more hot weather in the forecast so I'm staying inside!  We are still on our emotional journey so my crafting time is very limited.  I decided to just take sometime this morning and put this card together to help relieve some stress.  Sketch inspiration for the card came from sketch #47 over at Paper Play Sketches, the pattern paper is from the DCWV Teenage Dream Stack.  I cut the shoe with the Nifty Fifties cricut cartridge, the stamped sentiment is from the This and That stamp set from Cardz TV and the enamel dots are from Recollections.  I'm sharing this card for the CardzTV Mailbox Smiles Anything Goes Challenge #6.  Thank you for your visit and I hope you'll return soon.

Bee Happy

Hello and happy Friday, I'm back today to share another card even though I had hoped to share a LO. One of my scrappy friends  sent me the Darice bees buzzing embossing folder and I decided to use it sooner rather than later.  The sentiment is from the Jillibean Soup Love Bug stamp set and the black gems are from Recollections.  As simple as it is, I like it and I hope you do too!  I am sharing this card for the Anything Goes  Challenge #12 over at Love to Craft and the Cardz TV Card Crazy Crafters Anything Goes Challenge #5.  Take care and have a wonderful weekend.
